Noatum Logistics’ latest state-of-the-art eCommerce fulfilment hub is currently undergoing an intensive fit out programme, which will create an additional 300,000 sq. ft. of operating space, with conveyor and garment rail systems between mezzanine floors and bespoke receiving and despatch areas, capable of processing 15,000 packets a day.
Strategically located in the ‘Logistics Golden Triangle’ near Bedford, ePoint Biggleswade is 530,000 sq ft of custom-created space, designed for super-efficient inventory management, eCommerce fulfilment, value-added warehousing and returns processing.
Biggleswade’s robotic and automation technology will deliver speed, accuracy and efficiency, with faster order processing, optimised storage space and capacity and enhanced workplace health and safety for its 200 strong workforce.
The Biggleswade warehouse is due to be commissioned and go-live this summer, with new roles expected to create opportunities for new colleagues to join the business and existing colleagues to further develop their career within Noatum Logistics.
