Our origin teams work directly with new supplier vendors, so that they understand our customers’ expectations, their place in the supply chain and how they should use the PowerView vendor portal, with one-on-one training and via our suite of multi-lingual user guides and videos.

With the vendor integrated into PowerView, the customer now has a complete view of that vendor’s orders, status and performance, with simple ‘click-throughs’ to get more detail on quality, samples, production and ready dates.

We operate buyer and regional consolidation services to merge orders and diverse cargoes to allow containers to be prepared for sequenced loading and fully utilised for greater efficiency and lower unit cost.Our origin offices also handle customs brokerage and declarations, inspection and quality control, together with reworking, GoH and packaging reviews, to optimise load profiles and provide the highest levels of protection.
