Noatum Logistics operates retail eCommerce fulfilment centres across Europe, North and South America, Asia, and the UK, with dedicated ePOINT facilities that integrate the latest conveyor, sortation, garment, and robotic automation alongside advanced inventory, fulfilment, delivery tracking, and warehouse management systems.

At the core of ePOINT’s operations, our Warehouse Management System (WMS) links directly with our online platform to provide a live view of the entire product supply chain, including a calendar of inbound inventory.
From receipt through to dispatch, the WMS offers real-time visibility of stock, automates put-away, picking, and packing, and streamlines workflows to maximise efficiency. This ensures fulfilment accuracy, speed, and resilience — critical for meeting peak demand and supporting the rapid growth of our eCommerce customers.

ePoint’s warehouse management system (WMS) links with the PowerView platform for a view of the product supply chain and a calendar of inbound inventory.
From managing inbound inventory, ePoint’s WMS provides real-time visibility of stock and automates the put away/pick/pack functions, with streamlined workflows to maximise efficiencies.
Fulfilment accuracy, speed, and efficiency are valued beyond all others and ePoint’s automation technology provides all three, to deliver order processing, that is streamlined and automated to create extremely fast and resilient solutions, that meet spiking demand and the rapid growth of our eCommerce customers.
Driven by AI, ePOINT’s robotic systems optimise pick/pack operations by calculating the most efficient routes, reducing travel time, and smoothing peak workloads. Fully integrated with our WMS, pick-to-light systems, and conveyor control, these robots also prioritise time-critical orders to meet carrier cut-off deadlines.
The next generation of ePOINT technology is already emerging, with augmented reality tools improving operator speed and accuracy, and wearable AI devices — such as smart glasses — guiding pickers to items and determining optimal placement in carts.

Driven by AI, ePoint’s robotic systems boost the efficiency of pick/pack operations by selecting the most efficient picking routes and eliminate wasted time in the warehouse.

Our automated order management systems consolidate orders from multiple channels and execute key tasks, including:
• Support offers and promotions
• Managing order and payment processing
• Adding customer service capability
• Enhancing customer relationship management

With modular, interconnected systems, ePOINT technology is designed to scale rapidly to meet customer demand, whether through expanding robotic fleets, introducing new automation modules, or integrating with evolving sales platforms.
Every system is configured for adaptability, ensuring customers benefit from the latest advances in fulfilment technology without disruption to operations.
