{"id":17671,"date":"2022-03-25T10:21:14","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T15:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.miq.com\/?p=17216"},"modified":"2022-03-25T10:21:14","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T15:21:14","slug":"new-la-long-beach-clean-truck-fund-rate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noatumlogistics.com\/us\/new-la-long-beach-clean-truck-fund-rate\/","title":{"rendered":"NEW LA\/LONG BEACH CLEAN TRUCK FUND RATE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Noatum Customer,<\/p>\n<p>As of April 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2022, the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will begin collecting a new Clean Truck Fund (CTF) Rate, regarding the ports goal to achieve zero-emissions drayage trucking by 2035. A $10 fee per TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) and an additional fee of $20 per container that exceeds 20 feet on loaded <strong>import, export, domestic and international containers<\/strong> being hauled by drayage trucks as they cross terminals and <strong>rail cargo<\/strong> moving to or off nearby rail ramps via truck.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Beginning April 1, 2022, PortCheck will collect the CTF rate for both ports. Before pick-up or drop-off all cargo owners or agents must register with PortCheck in order to pay the CTF rate. March 21<sup>st<\/sup>, the CTF rate online portal will connect to the existing <a href=\"https:\/\/noatumlogistics.us5.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=8951580316fc7f4fec4b48f3e&amp;id=4079377c69&amp;e=7464606eb5\">PierPASS system<\/a>.
