Effective October 1, 2021, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will proceed in adjusting certain customs user fees pursuant to the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for Fiscal Year 2022 in Accordance with the Fixing American\u2019s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act) as implemented by CBP regulations. <\/p>\n

The minimum and maximum for Merchandise Processing (MPF) is being affected. The minimum will increase from $27.23 to $27.75 and the maximum will increase from $528.33 to $538.40. Please see the below chart with all the changes.<\/p>\n
