the risk of the loss is transferred from seller to buyer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center\">Who assumes the customs formalities.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center\">Who pays the customs 11 Incoterms distributed in four categories:<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"bullet_red\">\n<li><strong>E (EXW):<\/strong> The seller minimizes risk and cost by making goods available to the buyer at the seller\u2019s own premises.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F (FCA, FAS, FOB):<\/strong> The seller delivers to a carrier appointed by the buyer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C (CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP):<\/strong> The seller contracts for carriage without assuming risk of loss or damage or the additional costs due to events after the loading.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D (DAT DAP, DDP):<\/strong> The seller bears all costs and
