{"id":20405,"date":"2024-10-22T09:51:03","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T08:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noatumlogistics.com\/?p=20405"},"modified":"2024-11-21T13:12:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-21T12:12:37","slug":"reglamento-europeo-de-deforestacion-eudr-2023-115","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noatumlogistics.com\/es\/reglamento-europeo-de-deforestacion-eudr-2023-115\/","title":{"rendered":"Reglamento Europeo de Deforestaci\u00f3n (EUDR) 2023\/115"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La presente es para informarles sobre la pr\u00f3xima implementaci\u00f3n del <strong>Reglamento Europeo de Deforestaci\u00f3n (EUDR) 2023\/115, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Reglamento de Deforestaci\u00f3n, que en un principio entraba en vigor el 30 de diciembre de 2024.<\/strong> No obstante, el Consejo ha acordado una pr\u00f3rroga y su aplicaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 de diciembre de 2025, para los grandes operadores y comerciantes<\/li>\n<li>30 de junio de 2026, para las microempresas y las peque\u00f1as empresas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este reglamento tiene como objetivo asegurar que los productos importados, exportados y comercializados en la Uni\u00f3n Europea no contribuyan a la deforestaci\u00f3n ni a la degradaci\u00f3n de ecosistemas a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Sectores afectados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Palma Aceitera<\/li>\n<li>Caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Cacao<\/li>\n<li>Productos derivados de la madera<\/li>\n<li>Caucho<\/li>\n<li>Soja<\/li>\n<li>Productos de papel y cart\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Carne de bovino (congelada, fresca, refrigerada) \/ Cueros de bovino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El EUDR establece requisitos estrictos de trazabilidad y transparencia para estas mercanc\u00edas, lo que significa que las empresas deber\u00e1n demostrar que sus productos provienen de cadenas de suministro sostenibles. Esta medida representa un paso significativo hacia la protecci\u00f3n de los bosques y la promoci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas comerciales responsables.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas que operan en estos sectores deber\u00e1n cumplir con nuevas obligaciones en materia de diligencia debida, garantizando que sus productos no provienen de \u00e1reas deforestadas ilegalmente o que hayan sufrido degradaci\u00f3n
