Seg\u00fan un reciente informe de Statista, los ingresos anuales del e-Commerce han alcanzado casi 2.500 millones de d\u00f3lares en todo el mundo. Habiendo ganado m\u00e1s de 1,400 billones de d\u00f3lares, Asia represent\u00f3 m\u00e1s de la mitad del volumen mundial. Se espera que el mercado global muestre un crecimiento continuo dado que su penetraci\u00f3n de usuarios es todav\u00eda considerablemente baja, aunque se espera que crezca casi un 20% en los pr\u00f3ximos 5 a\u00f1os.<\/h4>\n<p>Si bien muchas marcas y productos de la regi\u00f3n se han ido expandiendo en el resto de Asia, hemos observado que varias empresas extranjeras tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edan estar interesadas en entrar en el mercado asi\u00e1tico. Hoy nos gustar\u00eda compartir un caso de \u00e9xito de un cliente de Noatum eSolutions. Esperamos que le d\u00e9 algunas ideas sobre c\u00f3mo puede abordar el mercado y construir su presencia a trav\u00e9s del e-Commerce en toda Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro cliente blank Corp. es una empresa coreana, propietaria de m\u00faltiples marcas de estilo de vida con productos de desarrollo propio, que van desde BODYLUV (productos para el hogar) hasta SOSOLIFE (productos de alimentaci\u00f3n saludable). Hab\u00edan desarrollado una fuerte presencia en el mercado on-line en Corea del Sur, antes de dirigirse a otras partes de Asia hace casi 3 a\u00f1os cuando contactaron nosotros por primera vez.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Involucrando los canales correctos<\/h3>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo que blank Corp. estaba construyendo sus propias tiendas online y f\u00edsicas en Taiw\u00e1n, est\u00e1bamos trabajando con ellos para establecer su negocio en Hong Kong, Singapur y China.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras utilizaban sitios e-commerce independientes para demostrar una s\u00f3lida imagen de marca en Hong Kong y Singapur, sus productos se hab\u00edann lanzado en diferentes mercados que se ajustaban mejor a sus categor\u00edas, clientes objetivo y las respectivas regiones, como\u00a0 HKTVmall para Hong Kong, Shopee y Lazada para Singapur.<\/p>\n<p>China, por otra parte, es un mercado muy diferente. Poseer y administrar una tienda online ser\u00eda un desperdicio de recursos, por lo que la empresa coreana llev\u00f3 sus marcas y productos directamente a la tienda WeChat y Tmall en un intento de construir sus marcas y entablar relaciones con clientes potenciales.<\/p>\n<h3>Ganando los peque\u00f1os campos de batalla<\/h3>\n<p>El marketing digital funcion\u00f3 perfectamente en Hong Kong. Los productos de blank Corp. se hicieron r\u00e1pidamente populares. Y de online a offline, se las arreglaron para firmar algunos tratos directos con minoristas locales, por ejemplo, los grandes almacenes c!ty&#8217;super y la tienda de electr\u00f3nica Fortress.<\/p>\n<p>Con un presupuesto muy bajo, la misma estrategia se despleg\u00f3 en Singapur, centr\u00e1ndose en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n social y en el marketing de influencia.
